How to register an account?

  2. Click "Sign Up" to create your own account.
  3. You will receive a security verification email, please follow the email prompt to activate your Metabee account.

Orders

How to checkout?

  1. Add the item to your cart.
  2. Enter the cart and checkout securely. If you have a Metabee account, you can log in to continue; if not, you can check out directly.
  3. Add your shipping and billing addresses.
  4. Select the shipping method.
  5. Select the coupon and complete the payment.

Cancel Order

If the order is not paid, the customer can cancel the order. Find the order in "My Orders," and you can find the option to "Cancel Order."

For paid orders, please get in touch with customer service.

Notice

Inventory orders cannot be cancelled after they are shipped, and if the customer cancels after the order has been processed at the Metabee warehouse, a restocking fee of $0.50 per item will be charged.

After payment or confirmation of any contracts and agreements, customers cannot cancel extended orders. Metabee's customer service staff will contact you if cancellations are necessary due to insufficient supply.

Is the price negotiable?

Metabee provides electronic components at competitive prices in the Chinese market and offers multiple price ranges. Therefore, usually, we sell items at the market price.

But if the quantity you need is larger than the highest ladder, you are welcome to contact us to see if we can offer a better price.

Shipping & Delivering

Shipping Method / Delivery Time

You can choose the shipping method for your order on the checkout page. After you have filled in your shipping address, optional shipping methods will appear on this page.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by extreme weather, post office delays, customs clearance, local protests, strikes, pandemics and other force majeure factors. In this case, Metabee cannot guarantee 100% on-time delivery, but we will try our best to receive your package as soon as possible.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The customer shall pay any charges imposed by the destination government or customs. This includes, but is not limited to: duties, taxes and any additional charges imposed by the courier company. Metabee will not be responsible for additional charges once the original package has been shipped.

Because customs policies vary widely, Metabee could not advise what the possible fees would be. Therefore, please get in touch with your local customs or the logistics company for more information.

Each country's customs requirements are very different. When you place an order, please include the required information for specific customs requirements. Metabee will support you as much as possible.

If any customer refuses to pay the above fees, return shipping, and additional charges will be removed from the order amount, and any remaining funds will be refunded.

Notice

  1. Customs in some countries or regions require importers to provide certain forms of identification before releasing goods. You may be asked to provide an identification number, such as a unique identification number, GST number, business registration number, or tax number. If you have such a tax ID, please provide it in the shipping address information for further shipping arrangements.
  2. Some countries require the recipient's ID number, passport photo, and country. Taiwan (China), India, Brazil, Turkey, South Korea, Chile, Ecuador, Israel, Peru, Qatar and South Africa. This also applies to cases where the logistics provider may need to verify the recipient's name. Further, Metabee customer service personnel will be available when needed to contact you.
  3. India.
    All shipments to India require the consignee's KYC document (government-recognized proof of identity and address) to be presented to customs when the shipment is cleared. Import clearance cannot begin unless KYC documents and authorization approval are uploaded to www.dhlindia-kyc.com.
    For packages including chips, Indian Customs will require a CHIMS registration certificate. The Chip Import Monitoring System (CHIMS) requires importers to submit information in advance for imported items at www.imports.gov.in and to obtain an automatic registration number by paying a registration fee. Importers should enter the registration number and expiry date in the receipt to facilitate customs clearance of the consignment.

When will my order be dispatched, and how can I track my order?

Once Metabee receives your payment, spot orders will begin processing. Orders usually take 2-3 days to process before shipping.

The package will be shipped for back-ordered orders after all items are ready. Please refer to the delivery time information in the quotation results before payment.

Once the courier has picked up your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking number information.

How do I change the shipping method for my order?

Don't hesitate to contact us here with your Metabee order number and the new shipping method you want to update. Changes in shipping methods may result in differences in shipping costs. The customer himself should pay all additional costs.

Metabee cannot change the shipping method if the package has already been dispatched.

Return & Refund

Returns and Refunds

Metabee does not accept return requests if it is not due to quality reasons.

Please check all delivery packages of your order. If there is any problem with the delivered product, please contact customer service to make a complaint.

Please submit a return request within 30 days of the package's delivery date, and please send the Metabee order number, pictures of the product and label, and a detailed description of the problem.

If your package does not arrive successfully and is confirmed to have been lost in transit, Metabee will issue a refund. Delivery times may be affected by extreme weather, post office delays, customs clearance, local protests, strikes, pandemics and other force majeure factors. In this case, Metabee is not responsible for delays caused but will provide all possible support.

If due to the customer, the product is returned without authorization, Metabee will not refund the customer, and the customer shall pay the return fee.


Warranty Policy

What does Metabee's warranty cover?

All Metabee purchases come with a 90-day warranty against any manufacturing defects. Metabee does not accept returns for any non-quality reasons, and this warranty does not apply to any defect caused by improper assembly by the customer, failure by the customer to follow instructions, product modification, neglect or improper operation.
